Personal data processed

Within the scope of the contact form and correspondence, your first name, last name, e-mail address, the telephone number you share and the information you include in your message may be processed. In connection with your request, you may also share information about your company or business relationship.

Technical records kept for the security and operation of the website, as well as information relating to cookies and similar technologies, are processed depending on the infrastructure used. Details about these technologies are explained in the Cookie Policy.

We kindly ask you not to share identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal data in the message field that are not necessary for your request.

Purposes and legal grounds of processing

Depending on the nature of your request, your data is processed for the following purposes:

Evaluating pre-contractual requests regarding distribution, wholesale, supply or cooperation; where processing is directly related to and necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, this is based on Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”).
Answering general questions, conducting communication and ensuring the security of the website; this is based on Article 5(2)(f) of the Law, within the scope of our company’s legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation is based on Article 5(2)(ç) of the Law; keeping the records necessary to protect rights in the event of disputes is based on Article 5(2)(e) of the Law.

Using the contact form does not mean that you consent to receiving advertising or commercial electronic messages.

Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website, e-mail correspondence and technical records generated during use of the site.

Transfer of data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the stated purposes and to the extent necessary, to service providers that provide hosting, technical support or e-mail services, and, within the scope of legal obligations, to authorized public institutions and judicial authorities.

The location map on our contact page is displayed using the Google Maps service provided by Google. The map is loaded when you open the contact page; during this process, your IP address, browser and device information and the address of the page containing the map are transmitted to Google. Retention

Your personal data is retained only for the period necessary to evaluate and conclude your request. Records that must be retained due to a legal obligation or for the protection of a right are kept for the relevant period. When the reasons for retention no longer exist, the necessary destruction procedures are applied.

Your rights and applications

Under Article 11 of the Law, you may:

learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it;
learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
learn the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred;
request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
request the deletion or destruction of the data where the legal conditions are met, and request that the correction or deletion be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
object to a result against you arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems;
request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.

You may submit your applications in writing to the company address above or by the methods specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You may also apply to info@yalinltd.com.tr from the e-mail address you have previously notified to our company and that is registered in our system.

Applications are concluded as soon as possible according to their nature and within thirty days at the latest. The procedures are, in principle, free of charge; however, if an additional cost is incurred, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
