What is a cookie?

Cookies are small files that the website you visit stores on your device through your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can also keep site preferences on your device. Not all of these technologies perform the same function.

For what purposes are they used?

The technologies used on the website may serve purposes such as running secure sessions, providing functions you request or remembering your preferences. The name, purpose, provider and retention period of each technology used are explained in the inventory below.

No cookies or similar technologies are used on our website for advertising, targeting or social media tracking. The strictly necessary technologies on our pages open to visitors are not cookies but the local storage records listed below. Performance and analytics cookies run only with your permission; whether they are used is shown in the “Performance and analytics cookies” section below. yalin-a11y — Accessibility preferences

• Type: The browser’s local storage (localStorage); it is not a cookie and is not sent to our server.
• Purpose: To keep the display and reading preferences you choose in the accessibility panel, such as text size, line and letter spacing, contrast and reduced motion, across pages.
• Provider: Yalın Dağıtım Ticaret Limited Şirketi (our website).
• Retention: It is created only when you choose a setting in the accessibility panel and remains on your device until you use the “Reset to default settings” button in the panel or clear your browser data.
• Legal basis: It is strictly necessary to provide the function you request; the information is kept only on your device and is not transmitted to our company.

yalin-consent — Your cookie choice

• Type: The browser’s local storage (localStorage); it is not a cookie and is not sent to our server.
• Purpose: To store the decision you make with “Accept all” in the cookie notice or “Save my preferences” in the cookie preferences separately for each optional category (permission, scope and date), so that the notice does not reappear on every page. It is created only while an optional category is in use and when you make a decision.
• Provider: Yalın Dağıtım Ticaret Limited Şirketi (our website).
• Retention: 6 months from the date of the decision for each category. When this period ends or when the provider, purpose or scope of a category changes, the record becomes invalid for that category and you are asked again. You can also remove it by clearing your browser data.
• Legal basis: It is strictly necessary to apply your choice; the information is kept only on your device and is not transmitted to our company.

Administration panel cookies

The following cookies are created only when logging in to the administration panel used by our authorized staff; they are not placed in the browsers of site visitors. Their provider is Yalın Dağıtım Ticaret Limited Şirketi. The session and security cookies are based on Article 5(2)(f) of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, within the scope of ensuring the security of the administration panel; the “Beni hatırla” (Remember me) cookie is created only at the user’s choice.

• yalin-dagitim-ticaret-session (cookie): Maintains the session in the administration panel securely. Valid for 120 minutes from the last activity.
• XSRF-TOKEN (cookie): Protects the forms in the administration panel against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Valid for 120 minutes from the last activity.
• Cookie beginning with remember_web_: Created only if “Beni hatırla” (Remember me) is selected at login and allows access to the panel without logging in again. Deleted on logout; otherwise valid for 400 days.

Your preferences

Strictly necessary technologies are used on the basis of the legal conditions required to provide the relevant function. If there are optional technologies that require explicit consent, they are not activated without your approval. You can change your preference later and withdraw the consent you have given.

When an optional category is in use, a notice appears at the bottom of the screen on your first visit. “Accept all” allows all of the optional categories described in the notice; with “Manage cookies” you can switch each category on or off individually, or save with all of them switched off. Until you decide, only strictly necessary technologies run; the notice appearing, scrolling the page or continuing to use the site does not count as consent.

You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the pages. When you withdraw a permission, the related tool is stopped, the page is reloaded and the related records under our website’s control are deleted; you can delete cookies that third parties such as Google keep on their own domains through your browser settings.

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect the operation of the related site functions.

External services

When you switch from the site to external services such as maps, social media or messaging, the privacy and cookie rules of the relevant service may apply.

Google Maps — embedded map

The location map on our contact page is displayed within the page using the Google Maps service provided by Google. The map is not tied to a cookie category: it is loaded without waiting for permission when you open the contact page and is not affected by your cookie preferences. When the map loads, your IP address, browser and device information and the address of the page containing the map are transmitted to Google; depending on your browser settings and whether you are signed in to a Google account, Google may read or place its own cookies. Google’s privacy and cookie rules apply to the processing of this data. The map appears only on the contact page and is not loaded on our other pages.

Services offered as links

The WhatsApp and directions links on the contact page open the relevant service only when you click them; no data is sent to these services before you click.

Performance and analytics cookies

No performance or analytics cookies are currently used on our website, so no cookie notice is shown. If such a tool starts being used, it will be listed in this section and will only run with your permission.
